I placed a call and left a message to your business on Thursday, December 29th not believing there was any shred of hope for a response given such a last-minute call before New Years. However, the very next day, Friday December 30th you not only returned my call, but volunteered to later stop over and "see what (you) could do". Good to your word, you arrived mid-afternoon and in short order successfully resolved the issue.

My wife and I so-appreciate the gracious manner of your willingness to call on us mere hours before the holiday. Our out of town guests arrived shortly thereafter and never knew any cold. When you were packing up to leave and I attempted to compensate you, you said something like "this one's on me, call us if/ when you might need us again" (which we will most certainly do) and gave me your card.
